First of all I use the program to correct the errors and duplicates. Second, the program mostly finds names that have already been submitted and it it too late to correct them if needed. I also find nearly all the names to be valid and not duplicates. No, you are missing the bar. The Ordinances Ready program is primarily a way to reduce the up to ten year backlog of names waiting to be processed in the temples. The other ordinance crawlers look almost exclusively for green icons, which do have a high incidence of duplication. You will be doing a disservice to those people whose names have already been submitted and are waiting out the backlog if you discourage people from using the program. It results in duplicate information being submitted for temple work that should be merged or cleaned up but has not been.
While there are limited times when it provides a non-duplicate for temple work, the majority of work it suggests has usually already been submitted or done and is merely another duplicate out there.
It is on the same level as "Take a Name" by Kinpoint.
They both promote, giving temple names for people to do work rather than doing proper research. So we spent ridiculous amounts of time having temple workers and patrons do work for people who's work has already been done. Or who's records should be cleaned up by proper research so they can be done.
You missed the bar on this.James Clemanshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00680294955971627150noreply@blogger.com
