Follow up to Where did we come from

OK, so I got thinking about the chart I put up in my last post. It is interesting what is missing: China, Asia and the rest of the Far East, Australia etc. So I looked further and here is an even more detailed list from the FactFinder function of the U.S. Census:

The same ethnic groups are missing from this list also. What is going on here? It is interesting from a genealogical standpoint however.
